bananas-mananas

Eating bananas is good for your skin, good for the bones too. Bananas may even keep your blood pressure down, its the potassium, you see. Though maybe not your weight if you have too many of them at one go. Also you might look like a baboon with the banana peels lying around you while you bare you teeth at whoever points out the resemblance. Still, bananas are good for you; eat one, once daily.

I feel this world has got patches of banana peel; camouflaged in smooth words and nice hands. You know them, when you slip on them and there is no way you will know beforehand about them.

So, eat your bananas. Know your bananas, that is the only way you will have experience with the banana peels and maybe you will get good at catching yourself before you fall.

Bananas are good for you; eat one, once daily.

btw one of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey.

mmmmm bananas, that's what's been missing in my life. Thanks for the positive thoughts about 'em .... I'm gonna pick up a bunch for the weekend.

I've been concentratng on apples too much lately.

crunchy juicy sometimes tangy with any luck packed full of flavor.

a bit different from the pungent pudgy soft banana.

Bananas are the original fast food easily transported. I saved one for Danny (eldest child) when he was a baby. My husband's a night time nibbler and I was out that evening.I scratched don't eat Danny's break-fast on the side of the banana, Mark wandered into the kitchen a litte while and a couple of glasses of red wine later to collect the banana he had noticed earlier only to find the message which had gradually appeared on the side. Well it worked he didn't eat it but it gave us all a giggle.

Voice came back today so I won't have to bang woks together to get everyone in for tea, which I'm sure will please the neighbours

LOL, " camouflaged in smooth words and nice hands", hey such is life huh! The never ending slipping on banana peels, and let me add there is no way , no way one can ever became an expert at avoiding this..and furthermore, what would life be without these banana peels, all I say is just try to cushion the fall, maybe eating more bananas will help there :)

you know i don't eat any even though there are always plenty at home and i have always been meaning to start eating them and i was hoping for smaller ones and basically what i'm saying is that i'm going to have one tonight just for you mentioning it :) seriously. thanks.

Nice analogy. I'll look at the peel beside me, think of what I've eaten, and when I slip and fall, remember that I chose to eat the banana in the first place.

Sue, lol that was clever! i am thinking i will get huge swathes of ribbon printed with, DON'T EAT, THIS IS MORE KILOS, MORE INCHES THAN YOU WANT and tie it around foodstuffs in my house. or maybe, i shd write, TOUCH THE REFRIGERATOR ONLY IF YOUWANT TO LOOK LIKE IT. i'm also a night nibbler. :(

One per day is right. Otherwise, you will get constipated and need to add a handful of prunes per day as well.
